• You have an educational degree in engineering and you have experience in construction activities/project management. A technical background in electricity or piping is a great advantage.

• Experience in the management of complex and international projects is a must for this position.

• You are willing to go abroad (mainly Europe) during the construction phase of the projects. This position asks up to 80% travel requirement.

• You are an experienced people manager, able to lead multidisciplinary teams and to install a motivating climate.

• You have a strong focus on results and creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit characterizes your personality.

• You possess excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of English, Dutch and French.

For its division International Operations we are looking for (m/f):

• As a senior project manager you take up a leading role in commercial contacts with potential partners.

• You investigate requests for projects and match client needs with the possibilities of your organisation.

• You think along with the management to ensure a qualitative, safe and profitable realisation of the project.

• You manage projects with budgets over Ђ 10 million and you are responsible for the set-up of the ‘master plan’: the resources needed and the legal conditions concerning people, tools, infrastructure, logistics, contactors, budget, etc.

• You define project teams, taking in consideration the availability and the technical expertise of your people.

• You are involved and responsible as from the offer up to the finalization of the different projects.

• You manage the contacts with the client and with subcontractors.
