The role:
-Ensure all customers are provided with excellent customer service
-Assist the branch through working to set targets with-
Mortgage opportunities
Investment opportunities
Insurance opportunities
-Process cash and cheque transactions and give advice to customers
-Routine administration functions – service ATM’s, deal with mail, perform back up tasks
Skills required:
-Experience working in a customer service environment
-Comfortable talking to customers, face to face and on the phone
-Good team player
-Able to achieve targets and cross sell products and services
-Committed to delivering excellent customer service and exceed customers expectations
