CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Function
As a construction manager you will be responsible for the execution of the contract and you will work on international projects (mainly Europe) in the Oil, Gas & Energy industry.
Depending on your expertise, you will be responsible for the construction of the piping & mechanical or electrical & instrumentation projects.
You manage the construction supervision staff on site as well as the subcontractors.
You will accurately plan, organise and control the execution of the works.
You work in close collaboration with the client and the project manager, propose adequate actions and take responsibility for their implementation, monitoring any change impacting safety, deadlines and the result.
You will have the supervision on the work preparation, planning and construction staff.
Profile
You have experience in construction activities/project management, preferably in the field of piping & mechanical or electricity & instrumentation.
You have worked in an international context and have proven leadership skills.
You are willing to go abroad (mainly Europe) during the construction phase of the project (6 months to 1.5 years) with a fixed rotation schedule. Permanent stay on site for the duration of the works is possible as well.
You possess excellent communication skills and working knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
You are a decision maker, client and result oriented and your personality can be described as motivated and enthusiastic.
