SUPERVISOR: Director Business Excellence

 

SUMMARY:

As a Business Excellence Engineer, you will facilitate the deployment of Lean principles within a high value, high throughput medical device manufacturing organisation.  Your credibility has been gained through efficient and effective project execution. With a proven track record of achieving business results through the application of LEAN thinking, you will work with multi-functional teams to assist them identify and execute cost saving and process efficiencies.

 

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

·         Lean cultural development and deployment

·         Change management experience

·         Development of standard work packages and line balancing

·         Identify opportunities and support project teams in kaizen activities across the site

 

 

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Engineering subject

Six Sigma Qualified - Black Belt ideally but Green considered

Lean Manufacturing experience along with change management

Experience working in medical device or pharmaceutical environments.
